I do a lot of coaching in the information marketing field. I am, however, VERY selective. The reason why I won’t take on just anyone as a client is because I am serious about wanting to help people sell more info products. A lot of coaches will take on as many people as will pay them. I don’t do this. If you’re looking for an information marketing coach, ask the various people you interview how many active clients they have. Then you decide if you’ll fall through the cracks.
Information marketing coaching is not just about knowledge, but about a good personality match. If you get the most competent person on the topic of selling info products and you don’t “mesh” well with them, you will probably not have very great success.
The two things you should be looking for in an info products coach are someone who knows their stuff AND someone who you can get along with personally. This combination is sometimes HARD to find.
