This is a very interesting approach to sending out e-mails to your customers.
I have a question, though, about the implementation of this. Granted, most people are not used to opening up video e-mails, and a lot of e-mail servers are used to receiving them out in a text-based format. How do you solve this problem?

Timothy. Good question. When you get a video email all it is is a text link that takes you to a server that then shows the video. The video is not technically IN your email, it’s just a link!
