Test small before you invest
Anyone who claims to know how a seminar on a certain topic will work in a certain market using a certain method of promotion is lying or mistaken. As an expert, I may have an inkling, but then again, I may be dead wrong.
That being the case, you need to test things on a small scale before you spend a lot of money to roll out a seminar tour. This might be frustrating at times. In your gut you might feel that you’ve got a sure winner. If so, it will stand up to testing.
Test your seminars on a small scale in a similar market to see if it works, then roll it out.
