Why You Should Attend Info Products Seminar?

I do my info products ‘bootcamp’ twice a year. Once in the Las Vegas area and once in New York City. The next one is coming up FAST.

I highly encourage you to attend. This is frankly one of my two favorite events to do. Net result? YOU will get a lot out of it.

If you have knowledge about virtually ANY topic you can turn than knowledge into cash.

I met a guy on the plane two months ago who was a sports agent. I was flying into Vegas. There were a lot of sports fans on the flight coming in to watch a big event.

When we got to talking I told him that in addition to making money as an agent he could get paid for all the knowledge he had gained on how to get into and be successful in that business. It was an asset he had but wasn’t selling or exploiting.

I told him that if I could interview him and do a ‘brain suck’ on him (in a day or two), we could come up with a product that 50% or more of the people on that plane would want to buy. He agreed.

YOU have knowledge, I’m certain that other people want to know about. YOU have an unexploited asset that can be sold. Rather than leave that asset in your head, let’s get you making money!

Whenever I speak I always talk about finding the intersection of your PASSION and PROFIT. You can make money producing products in a field you have no interest in, but who the heck would want to?

There are plenty of ways to make money selling the knowledge you have in a field you love, or at least like.

Yesterday I spoke to the Los Angeles Chapter of the National Speakers Association. There were about 65 people in the audience. It was a good group that was very interested in the topic.

Having just spoken to a similar group on Richmond, it was interesting to see the differences between the two groups.

There were about half as many people in Virginia and yet they purchased about 3 times as much total product when I offered it for sale.


Most speakers would try and explain it in terms of the differences in the audience. Although that MAY be true, I don’t do that.

I immediately started asking myself what I had done differently. I came up with a fairly long list of things.

When I do the Info Products Seminar (like the upcoming one in Las Vegas) we spend a fair amount of time looking at how to ‘pitch’ your products at an event.

For many information marketers, this is often an area where they sell a decent percentage of their total amount of products sold.

If you haven’t already read it, please read my book ‘Selling Products From the Platform’ that is a free download if you go to It will give you MOST of what you need to know, but nothing beats giving people specific information about how to sell THEIR products given THEIR personality.

I really love to teach. In the book: ‘The Path of Least Resistance’ Fritz talks about doing WHAT YOU DO BEST and WHAT YOU GET THE MOST PRAISE FOR.

I completely agree.

I get the most praise and enjoy teaching more than anything else. Just short, perhaps of my creating my own (and helping others) create their products.

Another interesting aside is that I now have 3 clients who are all in the copywriting field. Conflict of interest? Some would say yes. I would disagree.

When someone hires a copywriter they are looking for a competent copywriter AND someone with whom they ‘click.’

Given the number of people out there who are looking for copywriters, I found NO problem in helping more than 1 copywriter as a time.

ALL of them are VERY competent, but all of them will attract different people to them given their backgrounds, personalities and even genders for that matter.

Copywriting will also be covered at the upcoming event. It is a critical element of being a successful information marketer.

If you want to talk about the fundamentals of info product marketing, I would cover 4 topics. Product creation, Building a List, Writing Copy and generating Traffic.

You’ll need to know how to do each of these successfully if you are going to make it ‘big’ as an info marketer.

Whatever your schedule is, change it! Make it to Las Vegas on March 23/24/25. It will be well worth your time, effort and money.
